PAYMENT TERMS ~

We accept payment through paypal. You don't need to have a Paypal account to use Paypal, but having one makes web shopping very convenient.

MINIMUM ORDER ~ Shipping within the 50 United States is $50 before shipping charges have been added. It has been our experience that our minimum offers an opportunity to get an assortment of plants at a more effective freight rate.

SHIPPING METHOD & SHIPPING ISSUES~

We ship priority mail through the U.S. Post Office. (2-3 day delivery) Their 2-3 day delivery rates are less than UPS. Our minimum shipping charge is $18 which includes insurance. It is based on a $50 minimum order. If you order less than $50, the freight will be $18. If you order more, the freight will be more. If you pay with your PayPal account,and are overcharged for freight, we will refund the difference to your paypal account. If you use a credit card through PayPal and are overcharged, the credit will go back to your credit card.

DROP SHIPPING sending a gift ~ Yes, we can send your gift directly to the address you give us and include a note... just tell us what you want to say. If we ship your order to 2 locations, you will be billed freight to each location.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE the UNITED STATES: INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

PHYTOSANITARY CERTIFICATE~Most countries require a Phytosanitary Certificate for shipments of live plants. The California Department of Agriculture charges us $106 for each certificate for each shipment. We pass on that charge to you. We can not estimate your freight until we know what you are ordering and the weight of the shipment. For an estimate, you can go to www.usps.com. Please Inquire whether we can ship to your country. The minimum international order we ship is $200 before shipping charges have been added. We don't ship everywhere, so please send an email before ordering.

PHOTOGRAPHS:

We take photos of our plants in different stages to show you how they grow. Sometimes a photo will have flowers. Whether your plant has flowers depends on what time of year you purchase it. A 4" or 6" pot, may be one large plant or more than one plant equaling the pot size you have ordered.

BARE ROOT:

We ship your plants Bare root which means that the soil and the pot have been removed from the plant. Often times rose bushes are shipped and sold Bare Root. Succulents are unlike other plants in that there are no issues with a plant out of soil or kept dry for a week or more. We generally ship Bare Root. This method allows lower freight rates and cleaner shipping. The more plants you purchase at one time the less it will cost per plant to ship.
