Aloe haworthioides

Like most Aloes, Aloe Haworthioides are NOT frost tolerant. They enjoy full sun exposure except in desert areas. Their origin is the mountains of central Madagascar. They are drought resistant. Haworthioides can be separated to start new plants. Aloe haworthioides are native to Madagascar. They forms a miniature rosette with slender lanceolate leaves covered with tiny white "teeth-like" projections on both front and backs of leaves. Delicate filigreed appearance. Rosette to 3" in diameter with numerous offsets. Small pinkish flowers on a tall spike. Bright, filtered light with ample airflow. Porous soil with adequate drainage. Water thoroughly when soil is dry to the touch. Protect from frost.
